Banner and exhibit designCo-designed with Megan Mock over the summer of 2005, these banners tell the history of USF using historical documents, quotes, and images of San Francisco and the University. Each banner is approximately 4'x9' printed on vinyl.

Avast!
PosterA short project featuring my favorite scallywags of the high seas, pirates! The premise is a reality television show where the participants form crews and battle over territory and loot. To find participants, recruitment posters based on 'olde tyme' bills appeal to the adventurer in all of us. To find real pirates, you might check out 826 Valencia, a real pirate store and youth writing center.

Sassy Songs For Sassy Sallys,
Spring 2004
The third edition in a collaborative project, 'Songs to Make Your Heart Beat' and 'Songs to Rattle Your Bones' were designed in spring of 2004. Sassy Sallys is a bi-annual compilation put together by a group of friends. Each song inspired at least one designer in the group during a project that semester.

University of San Francisco Sesquicentennial Logo
Various implementations of logoAs co-designer of this logo with Diego and the Office of Publications at the University, I couldn't be prouder seeing on buildings, web sites, publications, T-shirts and other branded items from the University of San Francisco. Begun in winter of 2003, the logo was implemented from 2005 through May 2006. This is the official website.

The Crying of Lot 49
An excerpt from Thomas Pynchon's novelDesigned around an excerpt from Thomas Pynchon's novel "The Crying of Lot 49," this book was made with four images, an X-Acto knife, and a great deal of patience. The imagery reflects the gritty, surreal nature of the main character's journey through the Bay Area in search of the elusive W.A.S.T.E. system, marked by the symbol of the posthorn.
